3. The environment we are living in is in danger due to various
problems...so who do u think should be responsible to solve it? Is it the
governments, organisation or each individuals?
Global warming is one of the most
alarming issues affecting the entire world and implementing effective measures
to curb this is imperative for the survival of the living.
The major causes of global warming is the
excessive emission of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and deforestation. Due
to the dependence of man on vehicles that use fossil fuels the rate of air
pollution has increased in the last decade. Home appliances like air
conditioners and refrigerators release harmful gases in the atmosphere which is
hazardous to the ozone layer. Industries too use fossil fuels and release toxic
gases and wastes in the surroundings which has become an alarming concern as it
is interfering with the fauna and flora. As a result of population explosion
forests are being cut down for land and other resources. This is causing the
carbon dioxide to remain in the atmosphere as trees are the major consumers of
carbon dioxide.
However,under such circumstances
it is the responsibility of the government , industries and us all to work
together to save the planet. Government should pass laws that inhibit the
release of the toxic wastes from industries into the surrounding and generate
recycling processes. Use of vehicles could be discouraged by increasing taxes
on vehicles and fuels. Government and non government organisations should work
towards encouraging citizens towards planting trees. Industries could have a
green belt around it. People should reduce the use of plastics.
To conclude, it is
the responsibility of the humankind to take steps towards protecting the Earth
from the ill effects of climate
It is being said that the environment that we are living in is in danger because of various problems. In my opinion, I think that it is the responsibility of each individual to ensure a disaster-less world.
ReplyDeleteAny major issue like Environment pollution cannot happen in one day or year, its day by day activities which we do in our daily life, and major part comes from the individuals through smoking, using non-recyclable items, and so on. Increasing number of natural calamities like Tsunami, earthquakes, floods and hurricanes have given us repeated warning signals.
Our environment has been seriously afflicted because of two main reasons. Firstly, rapid industrialization has led to massive deforestation. Secondly, urbanisation of rural areas to support industries has augmented carbon dioxide emission. Due to these issues our planet has witnessed serious natural disasters that never existed before.
We have to take collective steps in order to curtail global warming. As an individual, we have the power to make a conscious choice towards organic lifestyle, we must excel is all possible options.
In a nutshell, I believe that it is the responsibility of the people to ensure an environmental issue-less world; also it is necessary for individuals, corporate companies, and lawmakers to work hand in hand to combat this problem.
